on a year to year basis. Different members will be indicated by different

Scheduling will be a 2-step process. You will use a simple
form to propose your next journey. See below for an example. It will be sent to the manager. When the
manager approves it, it will then be indicated by a color representing a member on the calendar.
We expect to handle all requests within 48 hours.

In addition, you will be able to directly email the manager
to indicate what type of food you would like on board, where you will need
to be picked up, etc.
